BHLD offers a credentialed consulting certification in relationship wellness for professionals. Our consulting certification is stream-lined for professional learners to enable a flexible schedule and to save you time. The program requires reading material and taking an exam based on the material you’ve reviewed.
Consulting is different than coaching or counseling. Consulting provides a foundation for you to take your expertise into a training environment. You share your expertise with others via workshops, seminars, conferences, teleconference training, webinars, expos, keynote speaking, authoring books, writing blogs and other online learning opportunities.
Margaret McCraw’s Harmonic Matching Process is the foundation for consulting training. Harmonic Matching is a comprehensive four-step model to deliberately focus our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in a positive direction in order to align with our desires. These courses are intended to teach participants vibrational principles and tools combined with other life enhancement skills, deepening the participant’s understanding of how to create fulfilling relationships at home and at work.

Margaret McCraw’s Harmonic Matching Process is the foundation for this training. Course Summary:
Week One: Intentional Living
Expand your awareness of Cognitive Behavioral Approaches to create greater happiness and success. This course offers a holistic approach to creating happiness and fulfillment based on the principles of well-being and abundance. The participant will explore how to align thoughts, emotions, and beliefs with desirable outcomes.
Week Two: Create Fulfilling Relationships
This course uses cognitive behavior techniques to address the relationships people have with their parents, siblings, coworkers, employees as well as romantic partners. We will explore how to reframe negative situations and to create a more optimistic perspective while aligning our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs with our desires.
Week Three: Mindfulness to Enhance Health and Well-Being
Ten essentials of well-being will be addressed. Participants will be provided techniques to align body, mind and spirit. Concepts such as abundance, gratitude, forgiveness, lightheartedness, and compassion for oneself and others will be interwoven with cognitive-behavioral approaches.
Week Four: Work with Passion
This course focuses on guiding the student to live from purpose and passion. The decision to create work that you love is an indicator of high self-esteem. A step-by-step guide to attracting work that fulfills your desires, talents, skill sets, and passions will be provided. Discover how to tune into your unique talents, build your self-esteem, release resistance and take responsibility for creating a life with purpose and passion.

Course Summary:
Coach a student partner (weekly for a total of 4 sessions) using Margaret McCraw’s four-step Harmonic Matching Process. Coaching sessions will be recorded using BHLD’s designated recording system. Sessions will address relationships, health, career/prosperity along with creating a life vision and a life plan (Integration Session). You will also be coached by your fellow student partner (4 weekly sessions) in the area of relationships, health concerns, career, and prosperity. In addition, you will create a life mission statement and a personal vision statement along with creating a life plan to support you in achieving your goals. You will be expected to listen to your recording when you are in the role of the coach and to complete the BHLD self-evaluation “Audit Tool” to assess your skillset. In addition, your client will provide you with written feedback using the Client Feedback “Audit Tool” provided by BHLD. All coaching sessions must be a minimum of 50 minutes in order to receive course credit toward your certification.

- Utilize a cognitive reframing tool to transcend barriers in relationships
- Apply a four step model to assist clients in achieving relationship goals
- Identify at least four questions that may be addressed in assessing health related concerns.
