Course Summary:
Coach a client bi-weekly using BHLD’s (Margaret McCraw’s) four step Harmonic Matching Process. You will be expected to use BHLD’s screening tool to determine if the client is appropriate for coaching. You will be given the tools and a telephone conference line to record your coaching sessions with your client. These sessions address relationships, health, career/prosperity, and creating a life vision/life plan to achieve your goals. You will be expected to use the BHLD self-evaluation audit tool to assess your skill set. In addition, your client will provide you with written feedback using the audit tool provided by BHLD.

Course Objectives
- Identify at least three questions that may be addressed in the screening process to determine if the client is ready for coaching
- Apply the Harmonic Matching four step process to guide one client in achieving relationship goals
- Use at least two cognitive reframing tools to help a client achieve a relationship goal
- Identify at least one possible conflict of interest between the coach and the client
- Use at least two cognitive behavioral tools with your client to align thoughts, emotions and beliefs in a desirable direction to support him/her in creating a life plan
- Apply BHLD’s Harmonic Matching four step process to support your client in aligning personal and professional goals
12 weeks of training, includes:
- Master Life Coach Online Classroom Sessions/Certification
- Relationship Consultant and Life/Spiritual Mentor Classroom Sessions/Certification
- Coaching Practicum with a Student Partner
- Coaching Practicum with a Client
- Tuition includes exam fee (exam may be retaken)
