Course Summary:

Coach a client bi-weekly using BHLD’s (Margaret McCraw’s) four-step Harmonic Matching Process. You will be expected to use BHLD’s screening tool to determine if the client is appropriate for coaching. You will be given the tools and a telephone conference line to record your coaching sessions with your client. These sessions address relationships, health, career/prosperity, and creating a life vision/life plan to achieve your goals. You will be expected to use the BHLD self-evaluation audit tool to assess your skillset. In addition, your client will provide you with written feedback using the audit tool provided by BHLD.
