Summary:

Coach a client who has a health-related issue (bi-weekly) using BHLD’s (Margaret McCraw’s) four-step Harmonic Matching Process. You will be given the tools and a telephone conference line to record your coaching sessions with your client. These sessions address stressors in the client’s life that may be contributing to a health-related issue. You will be expected to use BHLD’s screening tool to determine if the client is appropriate for health coaching. You will be expected to use the BHLD self-evaluation audit tool to assess your skillset. In addition, your client will provide you with written feedback using the audit tool provided by BHLD.

16 weeks of training, includes:

• All coursework for Master Life Coach Certification
• Four Weeks of Health and Wellness Practitioner Online classroom Sessions
• Coaching Practicum with a Student Partner
• Coaching Practicum with a Client
• Tuition includes exam fee (exam may be retaken)
• Other required reading course material purchased separately
