Course Summary:

Coach an employee using BHLD’s (Margaret McCraw’s) four-step Harmonic Matching Process. You will be given the tools and a telephone conference line to record your coaching sessions with your client. These sessions address stressors in the client’s life that may be impacting productivity in the workplace. You will be expected to use BHLD’s screening tool to determine if the client is appropriate for corporate life coaching. You will be expected to use the BHLD self-evaluation audit tool to assess your skillset. In addition, your client will provide you with written feedback using the audit tool provided by BHLD.
